School-Based Health Services

The School-Based Health Center is offered here to keep students healthy and in school 

The School-Based Health Center works in conjunction with the care provided by your  child’s pediatrician and is not intended to replace regular care by your child’s primary  health care provider. 

Available Services 

o The SBHC offers Mental and Behavioral Health Services. 

o The SBHC can provide therapy visits to help with life changes, stress, anxiety, bullying, and grief and psychiatric referrals.  

All children enrolled in the SBHC program are eligible to receive services regardless  of insurance status, but all insurances are billed at the time of each visit.  

o If you have a copay or deductible, please check with your insurance plan. 

o If you do not have insurance, please ask the SBHC staff to refer you to their  Access to Care team to assist you with insurance coverage options, including Husky (Medicaid).

o If you need a paper enrollment form, please stop by the school-based  health center 

o Please note: your enrollment form must submitted online (or if paper, turned in fully completed) before your child may receive services
